After installing a firmware update from HP, my Laserjet printer barfed on some, but not all, PDF files with a "limit check" and sometimes "maskerror" report. (Not sure if it was a Postscript emulation error, or a PCL error. It was very terse.)

To resolve the problem I removed the printer and reinstalled it. (macOS X Mojave) Voodoo sometimes works.

I've been getting back into interactive fiction so I was interested to discover the documentary "GET LAMP." From there, I was also intrigued by BBS: THE DOCUMENTARY. Imagine my surprise, though, to find ADAMchat, a piece of software of mine from circa 1983 listed on their site. It's very odd to stumble across your past life like this!
