If you don't feel like rolling your own Twitter 'bot, which is possible using Twitterrific among others, then check out TweetMyMac for a pre-built solution. I haven't tried it myself, but it looks like a great solution. Just be sure to follow the setup instructions for a dedicated Twitter account.
