Best. Power strip. Ever.

I came across the PowerSquid Port Replicator at Target about 6 months ago, and now I've added a few more to my home, replacing a few traditional power strips along the way.

It's not the prettiest power strip in the world, and it's not a surge protector, but if you have a plethora of electronic gadgets to plug in (and who doesn't?) then this the best solution available. It's well made, thoughtfully designed, and home automation friendly. (That is, it won't "eat" power line signals.) Reasonably priced, too, which is always nice.

That is nice! I made my own sort of thing with "Power Strip Liberators" (http://www.improvementscatalog.com/Parent.asp?product=238359x&dept%5Fid=1) that do the same thing to the usual power strips.
