I use PhoneValet to integrate Caller ID (CID) info into my home automation system, but if I didn't have it already settled, I'd definitely look into BluePhoneMenu 1.0. In fact, I might do so anyway, since it would provide notification of calls to my cell. Or, it would if you could execute an AppleScript when a call comes in.
