Introduction to the OS X Unix Command Line by Matisse Enzer, a worthwhile tutorial I attended at the O'Reilly Mac OS X conference.

There's a lot of good information in the slides, ranging from the very basics, to clever (but still practical) techniques. Matisse is the author of a Peachpit Press book on Unix which is also worth checking out.
