D-Link Webcam

I'm very pleased with my D-Link Webcam, it's very reliable and easy to setup. I love that it is completely standalone and doesn't require a host computer to publish pictures on the 'net. Now, they've introduced the D-Link DCS-5300W which is very similar to my camera, but includes pan-and-tilt controls. Sweeeeeet.

I have a DSB-C300 clear case webcam, in natural light is ok,but in artificial, even very bright artificail light, image very fuzzy, unclear, poor poor quality. All settings are on auto....brightness,white ballance, WIN XP PRO SERVICE PACK 2, original driver,,,,,ANYBODY HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

wow that really pisses me off how we all have the same problem and there is no solution..as if they dont have the software on d-links site. I as well lost my CD for installation (perhaps they put some magic spell so that it just disappears eh?) and im trying to move my cam to another computer with no luck. the driver and the software are 2 different things, the driver won't work withouth the software.

Most drivers for D-Link devices (even discontinued models can be downloaded from ftp://ftp.dlink.co.uk/usb.
